Outbound Tracker – Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities

• Courier Tracking: Monitor outbound trucks using GPS and telematics platforms.

• Allocation: Assign trucks to deliveries based on correct load size, route, and commodity.

• Live Updates: Provide stakeholders with real-time outbound trip visibility.

• Risk Identification: Proactively call out risks to the distribution plan, including delays, diversions, or non-conformance.

• Visibility Reports: Share outbound dashboards and trip completion reports.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Control Tower Analyst to consolidate outbound data for reporting.

• Customer Updates: Provide timely visibility to clients/distributors regarding delivery status

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or related field.

• Hands-on experience with tracking systems and fleet management.

• Strong understanding of data processing techniques.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
