Inbound Tracker – Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle Tracking: Monitor inbound couriers using GPS and telematics systems.

• Allocation: Assign the right courier size to the correct commodity/load type.

• Live Updates: Share real-time inbound trip updates with relevant stakeholders.

• Risk Management: Identify and call out risks (delays, breakdowns, congestion) impacting inbound schedules.

• Visibility: Maintain and share inbound visibility reports and dashboards.

• Collaboration: Work with Control Tower Analyst to integrate inbound data into overall CT reporting.

• Compliance: Ensure all inbound movements comply with SOPs and KPIs set.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or related field.

• Hands-on experience with tracking systems and fleet management.

• Strong understanding of data processing techniques.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
