Platinum Outsourcing& Logistics (EA) limited wishes to notify any interested person with relevant skills and abilities to serve in the aforementioned post to tender in his/her application in accordance with job description and requirements below:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, inspection, and maintenance of tractors.

• Diagnose mechanical faults and undertake repairs on tractor engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, braking systems, and electrical components.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize tractor breakdowns and downtime.

• Identify defective parts and recommend replacements where necessary.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, servicing, and maintenance activities.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and proper use of tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• A Government Grade Test, or Certificate or Diploma in Automotive Engineering qualification.

• Proven experience in tractor maintenance and repair, preferably in the agricultural industry.

• Practical knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, transmission systems, and electrical systems.

• Strong fault-diagnosis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet maintenance schedules.

• High levels of integrity, discipline, and commitment to safety.

• Observe safety regulations and company transport policies at all times.
